What to expect when working for EBE

What's your mame?
Trusha Parmar

How long have you worked at Eden Brown Education?
I joined Eden Brown Education in September 2016.

What is a typical day for you?
A typical day will include talking to candidates and clients on the phone, meeting candidates and registering them with Eden Brown Education. Running live job vacancies past our registered candidates. Doing Compliance checks; DBS checks, references, rights to work etc.

What made you join EBE?
Knowing James Stevenson who is the CEO made me join Eden Brown. Working with someone who you know and have previously worked with is always reassuring.

What’s the best thing about working at EBE?
It’s an adult environment and each consultant takes responsibility of their own desks. We also have a good mixture of age range and experiences.

What would you say to someone who was thinking of joining EBE?
Having worked in other recruitment companies you are expected to eat lunch at your desk. A good thing about EBE is that everyone takes their lunch breaks and our days are productive. We also have nice break out areas and a roof top garden which is lovely in the summer!
